I have offered a variety of design, development, and advisory services to private clients on and off for the past 15+ years. Now as I finally open up availability for client work again, I have decided to try something new.
I now offer my services for one flat rate. For $2,500 per month, you can now hire me as your own in-house designer, developer, and/or advisor.
What’s included
- Print and digital design
- Website management
- Software Development (JavaScript, NodeJS, HTML, and CSS)
- Strategic advice on your brand, product, and/or technology
How it works
- We’ll first meet over Zoom to get to know each other and go over your needs. If it seems like a good fit, we can get started right away.
- I believe the client should own all the assets created for them. You can set up a Dropbox or Google Drive account and give me editor access. I’ll store all files there so you can download them at any time.
- You can request new projects, tasks, or meetings over email. I typically respond in 1-2 business days and will prioritize anything labeled as urgent.
- Upon receiving a new request, I will respond with any further questions and give you an estimate on how long it will take.
Frequently asked questions
- Why not just charge hourly? Most creative service providers will agree that the hours it takes to understand a problem and design a solution are much longer and more valuable than the hours it takes to execute the solution. The former is also impossible to accurately track.
- How much work is included in the retainer? My work days are typically 10am - 6pm, Monday through Friday. My workload is limited by this schedule as well as a maximum of 4 hours a week per client. My most recent hourly rate was $250 per hour, so this new structure provides better value for most clients.
- What if I don’t have any projects during a given month? You can always cancel or pause the retainer services for an upcoming month. Please try to let me know as early as possible if you plan to cancel or pause. Monthly services cannot be paused or canceled for a month that has already begun.
- When and how is payment due? Payment is due by the 15th of each month that retainer services are active. Payment can be made online by credit card, direct deposit, or check. Credit card payments may incur additional processing fees.
